In the book, Kathy explores Neil Rackham’s Huthwaite Institute findings on the differences between the Minor Sale and the Major Sale. Rackham’s work was devoted to making outside sales people more effective, but Kathy recognized how his findings directly apply to advertising… especially advertising and marketing a chiropractic practice.
